I've loved words and technology all my life.

And I'm one of the very few Conversational AI specialists with over 9 years of experience purely in the enterprise AI space.

Currently, I’m the Product Owner for AI at ADCB, leading Conversational AI and Agentic AI design and development initiatives across the bank. Previously, I headed the Academy at the Conversation Design Institute in Amsterdam and founded the Conversation Design team at Jio Haptik, one of the world’s largest conversational AI companies.

I've also independently helped brands big and small establish and scale their chatbots for maximum business impact.

Since 2017, I've designed over 100 virtual assistants, founded the Conversation Design team at Jio Haptik (responsible for the world's largest WhatsApp bot), authored multiple playbooks on virtual assistant design, and enjoyed evangelizing the growing AI space in the UAE.
